I developed a quick reference poster that was included with all hardware shipments, featuring configuration objects tree, network diagrams, and configuration steps. Many internal personnel requested a copy as they said it was helpful for them to see all the information in one place.
I created easy-to-follow, visual-heavy Quick Start Guides that were praised by Field Engineering and Customer Support for helping customers get up and running without hand holding.
I created a Getting Started Guide for the new Excel Add-In product. It was praised by customer support and sales for reducing time spent explaining tools to customers.
